Why buy from Easystationery.net?

At Easystationery.net we stock a wide range of items to fill your home or business office with all of the stationery items you need. As a family run business we offer a personal and reliable service.

How do I pay for my order?

You can place your order online by adding your items to your basket. You will then be taken through the online order process to pay for your items by card.

Are my card details secure?

We use a secure online payment system provided by WorldPay to ensure that your card details are secure every step of the way. We do not see or store your card details as these are passed directly to the payment provider so you can be sure that your card details are secure.

How much does delivery cost?

We offer free delivery for all orders over £50 and for those under £50 the current cost is £9.95.

When can I expect delivery of my items?

Goods are normally dispatched the same day or the next day, depending on availability.

Simply place your order before 5.00pm and we will aim to deliver your order the next business day. All orders placed after this time will be processed the following working day. Saturday and Sunday orders are processed the next working day (Monday)

Please note: Some furniture, electrical and bespoke items can take a little longer, but we will advise you of this on receipt of your order. Deliveries are to ground floor only (including all heavy items eg Furniture, safe). In order to simplify our Shipping and Returns compared to some online suppliers, we try to keep our process as simple and transparent as possible so our customers get the best possible value.

We aim to fulfil all orders having sufficient stock however their maybe times whereby some lines may have not ben dispatched due to a number of reasons; out of stock due to high demand, discontinued items, we will notify you incase this occurs.

Can I add to my order before dispatch?

If your order is placed before 5pm we try to dispatch it on the same day, but if you contact us before dispatch we will be happy to add to your order.

I haven't received an order to confirm my order.

How do I return an item?

If you are not completely satisfied with an item, we offer a 7 day return policy provided that items are unused and in a resalable condition.
